Topic 3: How to brush the teeth

 CORRECT TECHNIQUES ON HOW TO BRUSH TEETH.

Step 1: Take a pea-size amount of toothpaste on your brush and wet it.

Step 2: Keep the brush at an angle against your gums and roll away from your gums.

Step 3: Gently brush back and forth out side, inside and on top of each tooth. 

Step 4: Spit into the basin if the toothpaste is too much.

Step 5: Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath

Step 6: Rinse your mouth well and rinse your toothbrush too.


BRUSHING SHOULD TAKE YOU AT LEAST 2 MINUTES AND MAKE SURE THAT THE TAP IS TIGHTLY CLOSED WHILE AND AFTER BRUSHING TO SAFE WATER!!!!!

  5. Flossing is also very important, because if you leave those food stucked in your teeth it will later also lead to bad breath

    1. flossing reduce gum disease and bad breath by removing plaque that forms along the gum line. It's best to floss before brushing.

    1. Dont consume too much alcohol and try to get enough sleep because less sleeping can lead to sleeping disorder and depression

  8. This is what most people need to read , I have been seeing people brushing only the front teeth and spit out the toothpaste already. I suggest you explain why it's important to brush all other mouth parts especially the tongue

    1. When the toothbrush is old it can damage teeth gums which can lead to gum bleeding,loss of teeth and gum infections.

  12. It does matter because it helps to reduce the risk of swallowing the toothpaste accidentally. To save the toothpaste also so it can last longer.

    1. Swallowing of toothpaste can cause stomach upset.
      After every three/ four months you must replace your toothbrush

    Please help me out ,,I sometimes used be broke that I can't even afford to buy toothpaste or a mouth wash.
