 Here are the  ways on how to take care of your  Dental health;

1. Brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste 

2. Floss regularly 

3. Visit your dentist for check up and cleaning 

4. Eat a healthy balanced diet 

5. Avoid eating sugary food

6. Quit smoking as it increases the risk of gum diseases
